What is an OBM (Online Business Manager)?
The concept of an OBM is relatively new in Australia, but is taking off. An OBM is an operational management professional that works from a remote location. We are contractors/freelancers/ self-employed business owners who provide a service to other business owners by taking care of the management of specific business activities within your business. We work alongside the CEO to plan, strategize & manage areas such as the team, client or projects within your business to allow you to focus on revenue generating business activities.
What does an online Business Manager do?
In a traditional business, you would have an Office Manager or Operations Manager. OBM's have the same responsibilities, with the difference that they carry out everything online.
Is it you I’d be working with or do you have a team behind you?
I work with a small team of VA's, however you will be working 1:1 with me. No one person can do everything and I have an amazing network of VA's and OBM's in Australia I can call on for advice at any time.
Do you have set hours and days you’re available?
I’m available for work Monday to Thursday from 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST. Fridays from 9:00am - 1:00pm AEST
How do I contract you for work?
There are a few ways we can work together.
OBM Retainer
Work with me under an OBM Retainer and I will manage, strategise and plan alongside you as the CEO. You get all the benefits of a regular injection of order and assistance! You have me in your back pocket when you need me!
Business Strategy Session
If you are not ready to commit to working with an Online Business Manager on retainer, but you need an actionable plan put in place, then this one is for you. Lock in your 90 min strategy session, I will send through a pre-questionnaire to complete electronically prior to our zoom call.
